Refunds & Exchanges

(e.g) If you purchased on Jan 1st and received the product on Jan 7th, you will have the full 30 days until Feb 7th to decide whether you want to keep the product.

If you're not satisfied in anyway with our products, simple return it for a full refund.


To receive your refund, please:

2) Send us the tracking number for verification.

3) Once your return package is received, we will promptly refund your purchase price of the product. Please note that shipping costs (purchase/return) are non-refundable per Terms of Service.

Please note that depending on your bank, the refund credit may take up to 7-10 days to reflect on your statement.


Exchanges For Damaged Items During Delivery

All items that are damaged during delivery is eligible for an exchange.  To receive an exchange, please email us a picture of the damaged item.  Once verified, we will resend you a replacement.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support [   at   ]

Shipping & Tracking

To receive a refund, you must provide a tracking number to ensure the status of your returned item.  You will not be eligible for a refund if you do not use tracking in your shipping because there is no way to know the status of your shipment if it never arrives at our location.
